Helena graduated from Coventry University with BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree in 2003. Since then she has moved to Swansea and has been working in a variety of Physiotherapy clinical areas finally specialising as a Children’s Physiotherapist on the Children’s Wards in Morriston Hospital in 2007.

Helena is a Certified Pilates Matwork Instructor having completed post-graduate training under the APPI including Modified Pilates for the Ante/Post Natal population. She has also completed the Pilates for Children courses with Body Control.
